Jasper was born in Boston, Massachusetts, shortly before his family moved to Ohio, Belgium, and finally, Iowa. After moving to Iowa, Jasper attended Valley High School and played soccer and football for the school teams. Although Jasper was born in Boston with Belgian roots, he considers himself an Iowan at heart.
Jasper’s passion for the law was fully developed during his undergrad years as he studied international relations and philosophy. With this focus in mind, Jasper eventually landed an internship in Washington D.C., working in the United States Senate. Following his Senate internship, Jasper began his studies at Drake University Law School.
During law school, Jasper worked with an entertainment company in Los Angeles, which eventually lead him to form his own entertainment company. Following his time at Drake University Law School, Jasper began night classes at Drake University College of Business and Public Administration, pursuing his MBA while also working at a local insurance company. Eventually, Jasper and his partner, Skye, moved to Belgium for one year, where Jasper completed his MBA at Vlerick Business School. Following his studies in Belgium and upon returning to Iowa, Jasper joined Carney & Appleby Law.
